CCAC Meetings are OPEN TO THE PUBLIC,

FREE OF CHARGE.

The LA COUNTY TAX ASSESSOR’s OFFICE will present

What Can Be Done When Your Property Tax Assessment

EXCEEDS THE CURRENT VALUE OF YOUR HOME

 and other services they provide

Learn what is happening on the Golden Valley Road HWY 14 Bridge Widening Project

Update on the CHLORIDE ISSUE and it’s potential to having fees raised to $600 per year per Single Family Dwelling will be presented along with

WHAT YOU CAN DO to prevent it

Hear an analysis of the recent LMD PROPERTY OWNER ELECTION:

Was the plan to manipulate the outcome by how the election was conducted?

Was the intent of having Property Owners vote on assessments circumvented?
